Daniel G. Brenner

Daniel G. Brenner is the Managing Partner of the Law Firm of Bolen, Parker, Brenner, Lee & Miller, Ltd.  He was admitted to practice law in Louisiana in 1987 and in Georgia in 1990.  He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy and Civil Pretrial Practice by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (Certified by the American Bar Association).He is a member of the American, Louisiana and Alexandria Bar Asso­cia­tions and Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel.  He is a member of Defense Research Institute, lecturer at Loyola Law School Senior Class of Insurance Law, speaker at various CLE Seminars, instructor at NITA law school program at LSU and spoke on “Defending the Extra Contractual Claim” to the ERC Group, Overland Park, Kansas.  He is also a member of the Crossroads Inns of Court - American Inns of Court.   He received his under­graduate degree from Louisiana Tech University.  While attending Louisiana Tech, he was a member of the Critical Mass Engineering Society, College Debate and Speech Team.   He received his legal education from Louisiana State University, graduating in 1987.  While attending LSU Law School, he was the class president in 1985 and a member Phi Delta Phi.   He has a BV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory and is recognized in Super Lawyers (Louisiana version), each year, beginning in 2007, in Civil Litigation Defense.  He has been recognized in DRI enotes publication as noted defense win for jury verdict in McFarland v. Coregis Insurance Company, verdict returned April, 2007.   He is Panel Counsel to various national/international insurers and corporations, including, SwissRe Insurance Company, Westport Insurance Company, Coregis Insurance Company, American Century Casualty, GAB Robbins North America, Sedgwick Caronia TPA, York TPA, Farmers Insurance Company, Zurich, Arch Insurance Company, McDonalds Corporation and various franchisees. His practice is primarily limited to defense of insurers and insureds in multiple areas, including Bad Faith, D&O, Coverage, EPLI, LEC, Mass Tort, and others.   He is married to Kristi M. Brenner and has two children - Zachary and Taylor Brenner.  His hobbies include family activities and golf.
